Lasagna al Ragu
Our Ragù Bolognese (beef, veal and pork) which is braised for 6 hours, layered with bechamel, spinach noodles, and parmigiano reggiano. Serves 5–8 (4 lb pan, frozen)  

Lamb Lasagna
Braised lamb shoulder ragù layered with  bechamel,  lasagna noodles, pecorino romano, smoked mozzarella, and topped with roasted fennel. Serves 5–8 (4 lb pan, frozen).  

Baked Ziti with Braised Short Rib & Fontina Val D'Aosta
Braised short rib ragù and bechamel tossed with ziti and topped with Fontina Val D'Aosta and pecorino romano. Serves 5–8 (4 lb pan, frozen).  

Mushroom Lasagna
Roasted organic cremini mushrooms and aromatics layered with bechamel, lasagna noodles, herbed ricotta, pecorino romano and Fontina Val D'Aosta. Serves 5–8 (4 lb pan, frozen).  

Baked Gemelli w/ Pesto & Veggies
Baked gemelli with arugula and walnut pesto, roasted sweet potatoes, and charred cabbage topped with breadcrumbs.
Serves 5–8 (4 lb pan, frozen)  

Meatballs in Sugo
20 of our tender meatballs (grass fed beef and pasture raised pork held together with our sourdough focaccia breadcrumbs) in 16oz of our simple tomato sauce, topped with parmigiano reggiano.

Family Size Tiramisu
Classic Italian dessert layered with mascarpone, lady fingers, Summit Coffee dark roast & cocoa.
Serves 8 (10.5" × 8.5" container, refrigerated. Can be frozen at home if needed).  

Lemon Ricotta Olive Oil Cake
7" round cake, serves 6.

Sourdough Focaccia
Organic, sourdough focaccia, brushed with EVOO and sprinkled with Maldon salt, baked fresh at Sorellina Pasta. Not frozen.  Can be frozen to preserve freshness if you aren't eating it on your pickup day.
