Lasagna al Ragu
Rich, slow-simmered veal, beef & pork ragù layered with fresh spinach pasta, béchamel & parmigiano. Serves 5–8 (4 lb pan, frozen)
Braised Short Rib Lasagna
Braised short rib ragu, bechamel, lasagna sheets, parmigiano reggiano.
Serves 5–8 (4 lb pan, frozen)
Lamb Lasagna
Braised lamb shoulder, bechamel, lasagna sheets, smoked mozzarella, pecorino romano, roasted fennel. Serves 5–8 (4 lb pan, frozen)
Mushroom Lasagna
Roasted organic cremini mushrooms, bechamel, herbed ricotta, pecorino, fontina.
Serves 5–8 (4 lb pan, frozen)
Baked Fusilli
With Arugula and Walnut Pesto, seasonal veggies, potatoes, focaccia breadcrumbs.
Serves 5–8 (4 lb pan, frozen)
Meatballs in Sugo
20 beef and pork meatballs in simple tomato sauce with parmigiano reggiano.
Optional add on Creste di Gallo Pasta
Family Size Tiramisu
Classic Italian dessert layered with mascarpone, lady fingers, Summit Coffee dark roast & cocoa.
Serves 8 (10.5" × 8.5" container, refrigerated. Can be frozen at home if needed).

All orders must be prepaid. You’ll receive an email with a secure payment link within 2 business days of submitting your form. Orders are non-refundable if not picked up.
